Fountain Springs Townhome Community currently has 24 townhomes (with more being built or in the planning stages) for mature adults (age 55+) to enjoy carefree independent living. Residents can select personalized Towncare Services, such as housekeeping, transportation, companionship, handyman and home health services, if needed.

Fountain Springs Community Church meets every Sunday at 9:30 & 11:00 am as well as Saturday night at 6:30pm. We realize that we have people come through our doors each weekend with all different types of backgrounds. Some people have attended church all of their lives and some have never walked through the door of a church before. We make a special effort to make every person feel very welcomed. Come join us.
Fountain Springs Health Care is a long-term and rehabilitative health care center with 90 skilled and assisted living beds. We are proud of the large number of referrals we receive from members of the local medical community and we strive to team with family members to honor your loved ones.
Fountain Springs Senior Apartments features 50 affordable apartments for seniors (age 62+). Tenants can select personalized Towncare Services, such as housekeeping, transportation, companionship, handyman and home health services.
Fountain Springs Children’s Center is a state-licensed daycare center hosted inside the Fountain Springs Community Church. They serve kids as young as 4 weeks old up to age 12. These kids have the unique opportunity to interact with the seniors at the nursing home, creating a little magic for all ages.
