Fountain Springs Health Care
We are a locally-owned skilled nursing facility in Rapid City, South Dakota. Fountain Springs Health Care has 90 beds available in both private and semiprivate rooms, as well as accommodations for 10 assisted living residents. This combination of rooms allows many married couples to stay together in a 2-person room, even if they require different levels of care. Some spouses may live in the near-by Fountain Springs Town Home Community or at the Fountain Springs Senior Apartments.
We are licensed by the State of South Dakota and are Medicare and Medicaid approved.
