1. Contact Social Services Director, Pat Fippin, at 605-343-3555 for a tour of the facilities.
2. Complete the Application for Admission and submit to Pat via fax (605- 721-1457) or mail to her attention at:

3. Pat will contact you to discuss room openings and/or the waiting list.
