We are proud to offer a wide variety of services, not only here at the Fountain Springs Apartments, but within the Fountain Springs Community as well.

Lunch is provided Monday through Friday by the kitchen at Fountain Springs Health Care for a minimal cost

Garages are available for a monthly fee
Extra storage units are available for 1-bedroom tenants
"TownCare Services" provides fee-based services such as housekeeping, companionship, home health, handyman services, and transportation to the residents of the apartments (click on TOWNCARE to see the itemized list of services and prices)
You can walk over to the Beauty Salon located conveniently inside the Health Care Center next door
